I got very intrigued by the numbers he was able to crunch and what he provides in just looking at the NBA from a different angle. But, I'm under the impression when he initially he started, it was a full-time gig for him, here. Now Haberstroh is the analytics guy for the Blazers.

In a lot of ways I see reading Substack like reading a newspaper. I read a wide range of topics. Well, you gotta include the comic strips in your paper! This is where Darrin Bell comes in. He's one of the best!

As a Substack writer, I find this site (among others) a valuable resource in learning how to better market myself as well as be better plugged in to the Substack writing company.
Kathleen is like the GOAT of homegrown Substack Writers. I don't know how she does it, but it seems to me, that everything Dr. Kathleen does, she does incredibly well! If you want to support one of the most prolific writers I have come across, for only $50 per year, Freddie deBoer produces work at a rate of something like $.03 per article. If he charged more, I would happily pay for it ( I just hope he doesn't LOL). I'm 1/3rd through Luke Burgis' Book "Wanting" and it's top notch stuff. Once I complete reading it, I'm looking forward to going more into a deep dive on his Substack.

Our generation's Hunter S. Thompson. Need I say more.
